Is your office currently open during normal business hours? — Yes. While our physical office may be temporarily closed, our attorneys and staff are still available during our normal business hours, Monday to Friday 8:30 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. to answer questions about your legal case.

Our phone lines are answered 365 days a year, 24 hours a day, 7 days a week to discuss your case. We also offer video chat services for your convenience.

Are you accepting new clients? — Yes, we are accepting new clients. Despite the temporary closing of our physical office, our attorneys and staff remain available during normal business hours to answer questions about your legal case.

How can I get updates regarding the status of my case or legal matter? — Yes, we are here to answer your questions regarding the statue of your case. You may reach us via phone at (404) 460-0101 or toll free (888) 426-2100, or by email to inquire about your case.

Are courts of law still open in my area? Will my court date be rescheduled? What if I can’t come to court because I’m sick or quarantined? — Many of the courts in the metro-Atlanta area are closed temporarily in accordance with CDC guidelines. Our office will inform you of any rescheduled court dates for your case.

Will scheduled depositions, mediation, arbitration, or settlement negotiations occur as planned? — As many business are temporarily closed in accordance with CDC guidelines, any in-person scheduled events in your case may be subject to postponement. However, we are continuing to work with all parties to make alternate arrangements such as video-call if necessary. Our attorneys and staff remain committed to diligently work on resolving your case towards a successful outcome during these times.
