Briant G. Mildenhall
Briant G. Mildenhall joined Katz Stepp Wright & Fleming LLC in 2009. He focuses in personal injury civil litigation involving trucking, automobile, aviation, and premises liability accidents. He was admitted to practice law in Georgia in 2007. Prior to joining our practice, Mr. Mildenhall worked for a defense firm in Atlanta.
Mr. Mildenhall is a native of Marietta, Georgia, and received his undergraduate degree in Russian and Foreign Literature from Brigham Young University in Provo, Utah in 2003. He received his Juris Doctor degree from the University of Georgia in Athens, Georgia, in 2007. While attending the University of Georgia, he participated in moot court and mock trial competitions, clerked for a state court judge, worked as research assistant to multiple professors, served as President of The Georgia Society for International and Comparative Law, and received a scholarship from the Law School Association. Mr. Mildenhall is a member of the State Bar of Georgia, the Georgia Trial Lawyers Association, and the Atlanta Chapter of the J. Reuben Clark Law Society. Mr. Mildenhall is also fluent in Russian.
